Welcome to PIXMIUM. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PIXMIUM website, applications, products, features, and related online services ("Services").
By accessing, registering for, or using PIXMIUM, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use our Services.
1. About PIXMIUM

5. User Content
You may be able to upload, submit, store, publish, or otherwise provide content through PIXMIUM ("User Content"), including images, files, text, media, and other materials.
You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content to PIXMIUM, you grant us the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, transmit, display, and otherwise provide the Services to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful authority to upload or use User Content through PIXMIUM.
You must not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, malicious, abusive, defamatory, or that violates the rights of another person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
PIXMIUM and its associated software, website design, branding, logos, graphics, interfaces, text, features, and other materials are owned by or licensed to PIXMIUM and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any portion of the PIXMIUM Services without prior authorization.
7. Subscriptions and Paid Services
Certain PIXMIUM features may be available through paid subscription plans or other paid services. Pricing, billing intervals, usage limits, and included features will be presented before purchase where applicable.
By purchasing a paid Service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the payment according to the selected plan and billing terms.
Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly provided by PIXMIUM's refund policy.
8. Free Trials and Promotional Offers
PIXMIUM may offer free trials, promotional plans, credits, discounts, or other special offers. Such offers may have additional conditions, eligibility requirements, duration limits, or usage restrictions.
We reserve the right to modify, limit, suspend, or terminate promotional offers where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or for operational reasons.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. PIXMIUM may not directly store complete payment card information when payment processing is handled by such providers.
Your use of third-party payment services may also be subject to the provider's own terms and privacy policies. PIXMIUM is not responsible for independent services that we do not control.
10. Service Availability
We aim to keep PIXMIUM reliable and available, but we do not guarantee that the Services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
Services may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, upgrades, technical failures, security incidents, network problems, third-party services, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11. Third-Party Services and Links
PIXMIUM may integrate with or provide links to third-party websites, applications, APIs, payment providers, analytics services, storage providers, or other external services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. PIXMIUM does not control and is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of third-party services.
12. Account Suspension and Termination
PIXMIUM may suspend or terminate an account or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving violations of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity, or non-payment of applicable fees.
You may stop using PIXMIUM and request account closure at any time, subject to any applicable contractual, billing, or legal obligations.
Termination of an account may result in the deletion or restriction of access to associated User Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-retention requirements.
13. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIXMIUM provides the Services on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every individual requirement, operate without interruption, or be completely free from errors or security vulnerabilities.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIXMIUM and its owners, employees, affiliates, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PIXMIUM and its owners, employees, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another party's rights.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

Updated Terms will be published through the appropriate PIXMIUM website or service. Your continued use of the Services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms, together with the PIXMIUM Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any additional terms expressly applicable to specific Services, constitute the agreement between you and PIXMIUM regarding your use of the Services.
